Step 1: Prepare the Americano first by placing 8 oz (240 ml) cup under machine
Step 2: Insert a pod

Preparation of the Cubano
Step 5: Get two 4 oz cups
Step 6: Fill one with an espresso coffee using one pod and the other with a tablespoon of brown sugar
Step 7: Add the espresso to the sugar one drip at a time with the goal of making a sugary coffee paste
Step 8: Beat vigorously with a spoon as hard as you can for 2-3 mins until it becomes a light caramel colour and foams slightly
Step 9: Now add the rest of your espresso to the sugary coffee paste
Step 10: Finally, add the Cubano to the Americano and you're done! Phew

Step 1: Heat the milk in a medium-sized saucepan and when warm, add either 90 g of chopped dark or white chocolate
Step 2: Mix together the ingredients and bring the liquid to a boil
Step 3: Boil for 1 minute while whisking constantly and once the chocolate is nice and foamy, remove it from heat and set it aside
Step 4: Place an 8 oz (240 ml) glass cup under machine (make sure it's glass to see all the layers)
Step 5: Insert a pod and press the espresso (small) button. Do this for both pods.
Step 6: Once done, add the chocolate milk mixture to your espresso
Step 7: Finish by topping with whipped cream

Step 4: Place 3-4 ice cubes into a shaker or tall glass, pour the espresso on top and stir for 5-6 seconds
Step 5: Pour coffee with cubes back into the 8 oz cup
Step 6: Using the same shaker, pour 100 ml of cold milk into it and shake vigorously until foamy
Step 7: Add foamy milk to the espresso + ice mixture to serve
Step 8 (optional): Add 40 ml of brandy to finish
