Great coffee, even greater customer service!

I got these pods a while back and loved, so I decided to get a subscription. I was charged, and had an issue where I didn’t get a shipping notification email, and I was worried they were lost in the sauce! I sent an email, and got a response within a few hours with the confirmation of my pods en route, and they were so lovely to email with and they really covered all the bases! My pods came the next day, and I already can’t wait for my second shipment. Love you Pod and Parcel you guys rule!

Label the pods!

I love, love, love the coffee, BUT I hate that the new packaging does not have the name of the coffee on the pods. I order a few different types and I have no way to know what’s what if the pods are separated from their box. This is a disappointing change.

Glad to have switched!

Im glad to have made the switch but am a bit concerned about the amount of grounds escaping from the pods during the brew. The machine has been gathering quite a bit of grounds.

Really good coffee but not fully compostable.

I purchased these to try. My usual brand is Woken. I wanted a cheaper compostable pod with a decaf option. I did not read the fine print and the foil where the machine punctures the pod is not compostable. Sadly, I’m going back to my other brand. Coffee is delicious!

Thanks for giving us a try, Esme! Our pods are industrially compostable, and while the foil isn’t, it can be collected into a small ball and recycled. We totally understand if you’re sticking with what works for you, but if you ever want to give us another shot, we’d love to have you back! We're also steadily working towards a home compostable pod, so stay tuned! ☕️-Sam
