Chic, Sustainable & Zero Plastic: Your Christmas Tablescape

Chic, Sustainable & Zero Plastic: Your Christmas Tablescape

Your Eco-Friendly Christmas Tablescape 🎄

Mix and match a few of these zero-waste hacks to make your table look effortlessly expensive:

🌿 Foraged greenery. Cut some local eucalyptus or pine branches. It looks chic and costs exactly zero dollars

🍒 Edible centrepieces. Scatter whole pomegranates, figs and bowls of cherries down the table. It screams wealthy Italian holiday and leaves zero waste

🍊 Dried citrus slices. Bake some orange and lemon wheels until dry and scatter them down the table. It looks like you spent hours on Pinterest but actually requires zero effort

🪴 Potted herb centrepieces. Skip the expensive, dying floral arrangements. Use mini pots of rosemary or thyme that guests can take home to pretend they have a green thumb

📜 Kraft paper runner. Roll out some brown kraft paper instead of a stuffy white tablecloth. It is rustic, stress-free and goes straight into the recycling when someone inevitably spills wine

🍂 Cinnamon stick name tags. Tie a small paper name card to a cinnamon stick with twine. It smells elite, looks incredibly expensive and costs literal pennies

🕯️ Coffee bean candle holders. Fill glass jars with a layer of whole coffee beans and nestle a tealight inside. The heat gently roasts the beans for the best smelling room ever

🎀 Rosemary napkin ties. Ditch the cheap plastic rings. Tie a sprig of fresh rosemary around a linen napkin with some rustic twine

🥂 Vintage glassware. Mismatched crystal glasses look intentional, aesthetic and save you from buying cheap plastic flutes

🌿 Mood lighting. Scatter real beeswax candles down the centre instead of buying cheap tinsel

🍸 The DIY Espresso Martini station. Set up a tray with vodka, Kahlua, martini glasses and a stack of Fasoli pods. Your guests can shake up their own drinks while you focus on the food ✨
